$$different approach to capital raising$$

Granting a 6months 30c option to acquire a share& a 2yr,75c option is unusual in that most companys would just have a rights issue for a 30cshare + free attaching option.... ie the danger in what they are proposing is that if the share price stays sub 30c...at the end of Sep they wont raise anything.... THE ONLY CONCLUSION THAT CAN BE MADE DOING THE CAPITAL RAISING BEEN DONE THIS WAY IS THAT THE BOARD MUST HAVE SOME VERY GOOD NEWS/DEAL TO BE ANNOUNCED OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS!!
