    I'll tell you exactly what's happened and what's going to happen. The rise today is because of the rumour of news tommorow. Private investors buy in on anticipation.

    When the news is released, the price will fall again, as any news is built into the price and private investors almost always overestimate the value of what will actually be released.

    Mark my words- up today, but will be back down to exactly the same place once the news is out.
