I noticed that "a" missing also and have posted twice in regards to something different happening to obtain funds.
It may be insignificant but something just doesn't make sense about a normal CR without any warning.
I asked the question whether to call trading halt for this purpose can it still be called a capital raising. You would think they would have said equity raising so not so sure it will be the case, however, there has to be a very positive announcement imo, but DYOR.
