I am sure plenty do and there are plenty that don't - but that happens in many investment classes. How many people buy shares on a whim?
"The lets all do the maths and sums. And look at a 5 year plan as well as a 10 yr plan, of what the property would need to acheive after buy/sell costs, investor tip in (assume borrow 100%, rate rises etc.)

No point really as anything that would be presented won't be believed anyway. My biggest tip is think outside the square and with a bit of research you will find something that will work for you.
