I am suprised myself to tell you the truth. Commercial property prices have stayed farily stagnate during the housing boom and believe this is where alot of investors will be heading next.
Just had a quick look at realcommercial.com and checked for small warehouses in Melbourne Tullumarine area and a $390k warhouse returns $30k per annum in rent. 7.7% per annum return.
Definetely something to look at and there should be more talk about commercial property investing.
