    price is languishing , share market is languishing - world is a bit uncertain which way things will go
    cap raising at 0.40 now over that price - SO
    wait - if you are optimistic about China /India. Sell if you're over it. But make your own assessment based on whatever facts and technical analysis of the overall market . Nothing wrong with the company. A
