I agree with the emotion & confidence-of some mature buyers, but, their capacity may be tested soon- i think the emotive-confidence factors are blameworthy in the overall state of our extreme & unsubstaianble indebtness...
Super wont cut it...Well this is just an advert i would expect from a Loan/mortgage provider- with vested interests that have a poor fit in that space
But the last paragraph.... Citing "an irresponsible stance of some king...as if they (lobby groups) are able to have a say in the deleveraging...is way over the top
