Speaking of investing wisely, I think it's wonderful the financial responsibly generation Y is exhibiting. They have worked out that getting into home ownership at today's prices is cost prohibitive, and have decided to put off purchasing a home.
Figures show there are now 40,000 fewer first home buyers in the market than 12 months ago. That is 31% fewer.
