yes, Y chrome, I have 2 sons ..in that space, yet to buy, currently rent... & they & their friends like them, show maturity beyong their years..
but I would gladly forego some $'s on my property's eventual sale to retire, for them to get a first home...
Niceone... a house, is a home, and i think it wasnt a real objective for every 3rd australian to be a landlord...and it will, come back to the averages, or some norm,long term position on home ownership & corresponding value one day...
