    I wouldn't worry about WGL prompting itself only in WA. The internet is nationwide. So perhaps the people that work at WGL are from here, it's a tech company. Tech does not have borders or boundaries... unless its a communist country, then you need VPN. Oh wait... we have that to and it works very well.
