difficult is the key word

Still trawling thru the history of KOR, fills in the time out here in the middle east- excerpts of Chairmans address in a couple of recent years:

2008 AGM "this last year has been the most difficult year that I can remember in the last 28 years..."

2009 AGM "I would probably agree that this has been the most difficult period in our 11 year history..."

Anyone like to predict the key word in this years AGM chairmans address? Mind you since the boss apparently reads these posts he may choose to prove me wrong and we might get "testing" or "challenging" or "demanding"- disappointing would be most appropriate.
