Not sure how much 'teeth' these new policies will have however, as if LNC stall on developing or spending $ exploration, who else is versed and funded sufficiently to do it.

They can simply blame it on depressed market and say not commercial spend at this stage. Good policy in theory but can't see it ever being enforced.
