From about 11 mins in the video I think you are referring to where caldeira is referred to
NdPr is 90% of the REO market value.
LIN has 1.2 million tonnes of NdPr in the recent MRE.
Not sure how much NdPr the caldeira project has but maybe it can be calculated.
The video suggests LIN has plenty of NdPr whilst caldeira might have excess TbDy which is added to the NdPr magnets for growing EV and windfarm markets.
TbDy looks a tiny part of the magnet market but maybe looking for alternatives away from China there are synergies to use LIN NdPr and Caldeira TbDy.
It looks like LIN has massively more NdPr in ppm than the Caldeira if I'm reading it correctly like LIN having x7 or 700% the Caldeira ppm figure. Then caldeira maybe has 50% more the ppm number for TbDy. So Caldeira might have excess TbDy due to their low NdPr that could be utilised with LINs NdPr in magnets for the growing EV & windfarm markets.
Take this with a grain of salt the above as I'm not sure my interpretations are correct.
