The unbelievable NPV valuations of some of the small caps ensure making money for a predator easy pickings. If RXL was to literally give away half of Youanmi to a big player on the proviso that they secured finance on top of funding half the capex, that would take RXL to a $040++ valuation. At a POG of $AUD 4,000 (coming soon) what is a 5% royalty worth? I would speculate for a long term asset you could justify $80m. The value of the asset is so far above the current market cap that the options are numerous if you evaluate the likely profitability of Youanmi.
