If I just look at the indicators I would say you are right - but I keep on getting drawn to the statements in the Quarterly indicating almost finalised JV negotiations. I just don't think either GJ or GC would want to risk making that statement as directors and then admit it was plainly wrong and they knew it to be wrong when the quarterly was released. They would be run out of town and probably face time in the clink!
