If you are quoting from a public Troy report, it is NOT a breach of copyright.
However, that does not mean that your commentary is necessarily useful.
Many experts expect the gold price to increase to $2,000 to $2,500 per oz within the next 6-12 months. Will it - we cannot be certain. If it does, Troy price should be well north of $5.

IMHO - at $4, a no brainer. But it is still wise to also have money in copper-gold stocks to avoid hubris.
