I think you are reading it wrong.
They awarded 9 blocks as per ;
Troisad- Block 8.
Bowleven-Blocks, 25,28,29.
Segocoa-Blocks, 29,43.
Surestream-Block 42.
Rift Petroleum-Blocks, 40,41.
If they recommended swe at 15c or so...then it is up 109% or therabouts.
