Good points BB - also keep in mind since 1990 costs have doubled to tripled, and gold price has gone from A$500 or so to A$2900 (nearly sextupled) - so a 6 g/t face in today's terms only needs to be 3g/t to for same $ margins. Regardless traditionally modern miners tend to mess up the first level of development - especially there's a lot of clowns managing mines these days - so this like any new UG will be interesting to watch unfold.
