I've never heard anyone refer to Baosteel (just using your example of course) as a power company though. Perhaps "power" company was a bad choice of words.

The difference of course is in what mine we would be talking about.

Power companies = steaming coal = GPK (and possibly TJ)
Steel companies = coking coal = Mamahak (and one day KI).

GPK is under existing contracts for supply to Indo Power though so GPK wouldn't be an off-take contract it would have to be an asset sale or something else.

Mamahak however would be perfect for an off-take contract particularly with China.
