    I disagree, the next ports to be built before Anketell will be small transhipment ports at Balla Balla and East Cape Preston (next to CITIC).
    These are relatively cheap to build, require no dredging, require not rail (will be trucked in), single use so shore side equipment and stockpile management is limited, environmental approvals are minimal in comparison (Balla Balla approved already).
