Both presenters gave polished insights into the functionality of the platform but will be reliant on customers for feedback on shortcomings, glitches at launch to perfect the self service model. This sounds great in theory, as it is a new groundbreaking tech. The existing customer relationships are deep enough for ongoing iterations to be part of such a customer process, but it does speak to ongoing high levels of refinement to go post launch. Impressive progress all the same and reflects on the quality of the small team at Unith.

Big takeaway is how Idan has seriously grown in to his role. Very confident in his delivery compared to prior webinars. He was honest about the revenue outlook however. The prospects, as usual are undeniable, but we will not be seeing tangible revenues in the short term. He explicitly mentioned the larger B2B business opportunities will take time. Anyone who has worked in enterprises pitching or tendering for larger contracts knows how agonising in time alone these wins can be. Must admit his statement sobered my optimism for this calendar year.

Instinct is we will see some incremental gains only next 6 months. We will still be putting underperformance behind us with the bigger gains in 2025.
