I see it differently. Clearly the plan is to sign deals of sufficient size that gets the share price over the 2.3 cent options strike price, so that they all get exercised and then there is sufficient cash to go with a full on marketing plan.
These guys plan everything, so the deals have to be signed in the next couple of months so the share price is welll above 2.3 cents. The potential is there for much more than incremental gains in the share price.
