Hi fooca, I have read the prospectus and the preso from November. The current OTE shares will be consolidated 10 for 1 but then the vendor gets 298,333,333 ISX shares for the product and a further 366,666,667 performance shares if $10 mill P.A. can be achieved. Then there is the cap raise for the necessary capital and that will be about another 103,000,000 shares. The grand total of shares according to the prospectus will be 917,644,780. The vendor will start of with about a 70% share of the new capital structure assuming annual revenue of 10 mill. It's all on page 24 of the prospectus.
