Are you referring to Foxtel??? I have Fox and extremely heavy rain causes the signal to momentarily drop out. The heavy sheet of water forms a barrier between the dish and the retransmitted satellite signal. Fortunately Fox replays alot of programmes to give a chance for people to watch them when convenient to them, if they have not recorded it, so I just reschedule the recording I missed.
As to free to air digital, I have no idea!
