I was in CMY when they had 80m shares on issue and they announced an alliance with the Chinese. The SP rocketed to 16 cents but then Chinese backed out of the deal. One of the major shareholders then took over the board via a hostile vote removing a competent and qualified chairman. The new board then proceeded in diluting the stock to worthlessness and suspension for years.
