thats just speculation but everyone should ask whether management and Board will work for no money.
problem now is that no rationale person would participate in a raise as they have no business plan , business strategy, or product. The fund will never take off in a meaningful way. - thats just reality
As I mentioned many months ago there are no sane HNWI interested investing in a fund. No gatekeeper worth their salt would allow it. perhaps some rich guys who made their money on bitcoin and smart enough to have sold out might put 5% in, but the illusion is over. It has been well documented and proven that the market is highly manipulated - no fundamentals no technical analysis of meaning can be done in the present time.
perhaps in the future yes but how will they survive to then. Just imagine how profitable company would need to be with a billion shares
