Considering discussion Market Cap of DCC
I would like to share an example Apple market cap around $945 Billion USD, Apple's cash on hand $245 billion USD so I would kindly suggest that you can't compare the cash balance with Market Cap,
Market Cap is what people has given value to the company that this company has ability to generate revenue in the future. It's like you are paying good amount of money for a shop, not because for the shop because of its good location.
