DCC only holds 428 bitcoin... even if BTC jumped to $10,000 AU (cant see that happening any time soon) that is around $4,280,000 value for DCC.... so that means the value of DCC's BTC holding increases by another $1,000,000.... hardly worth a re-rate in the SP for DCC.... no "one big order" is going to skyrocket BTC any way, it takes constant buying and momentum to consolidate the price on a steady level... as any trader in this game should know, fast spikes cause just as fast declines if there is no reason to back such action..
BTC should not be the driving factor for sustained wealth here at DCC... a guide to market sentiment yes, but not the over all scheme of things... basing ones investment here at DCC on the back of BTC long term view is dangerous IMO...
Traders alike myself use BTC as a guide to trading crypto related stocks, but at the end of the day this is all swing trades... surely a DCC holder has a bigger outlook for the company other than what BTC price is doing...
