You are precisely right about the leftovers not being worth the effort.

Also with just another small order (3,000 or so) it would similarly not be worth the effort.

So, they must know the license is a gimme - and perhaps they are holding the confirmation back because they are wanting to maximise/exploit their negotiating advantage in SBL's current search for partners (that is, if Diinsel/ED is a player in that process).

Where would we be without something to speculate about. lol
