The constant reference to administration on this forum is just agenda-driven nonsense.
There is nothing in today's or any other recent company announcement suggesting that this will be DML's fate.
The SP is at this low level because of a very fearful market, lack of concrete news re the recap (& its T&C's) & of course, the index rebalance would also not be helping.
