dikulushi mine to become separate ipo?

    I'm a very suspicious person by nature - sometimes it pays to be - and so I'm wondering why the Articles of Association of Dikulushi Resources Limited(that are over 12 months old)have been lodged on www.sedar.com on Friday.
    Is AVM planning to spin-off the Dikulushi mine into a separate IPO for say some $60mil plus(with hopefully priority entitlement to current shareholders).They could demonstate that Dikulushi would earn some $US30mil/pa as from 2006 - so the IPO price would be regarded as being cheap.
    By doing this AVM would then have their $60mil plus to build their SXEW plant for their Mutoshi/Kinsevere properties that would remain with AVM.
    It does make some sense but who has the funds to invest in the new IPO?
