With the issue of its first round of capital raising shares to institutions and significant investors, ODY's percentage holding in MAE has reduced from 8% to 7.05% as advised by Director's in announcement, dated 10/12/09. A drop of about 12.5 percent.
ODY still retains its holding of 27.5 million shares in MAE but as more capital raising by MAE is to occur later this year or early next year ODY's share of MAE will continue to diminish.
Like all current holders, ODY needs announcements concerning flow rate of re-completed holes in Clear Creek to lift the value in MAE which has plunged over the last 6-9 months.
No doubt ODY holders are regularly reviewing discussions on MAE threads. Unfortunately, not much info being released other than general housekeeping IMV but relevant announcements relating to flow rates etc must be just around the corner and we will then see how all this affects our interests in ODY.
