    incredibly disappointing to feel like giving up on such dilution.
    We have been told non dilutive funding was available.
    I excessively supported the last CR at 50c with lots of borrowed money, mainly because of this position, and sales were imminent.

    Regarding voting down the placement.
    However directors need to serve many masters and if you want to overrule them you should have your own plan for putting in the 9mil.
