Agreed. There is a possibility the banks may decide move early to get more for their dollar. It would be interesting the conversations of the people heading up the talks with sgh representing the syndicate. Especially being privy to the monthly financials. There may be more elements to this, but if I were BH, I would be pushing for some time to recover organically and use any d4e or the like as a last resort.
