thanks for the link... but that is an opinion piece/modelling by IATA... In the first ‘Baseline scenario’, 2019 levels of travel aren’t expected to be seen until 2023....
IATA dont set travel policy - governments do - if you notice government media releases presently... all around the world - the focus of wording is starting to mention economic more than prevention... governments have already loaded up on more debt than they can handle... we are in for a long recovery here - they will need to get people back to "normal work " to pay taxes sooner rather than later... while international borders remain closed for now... there will come a time where they will get opened again.
