The 702,000,000 options (exercised @ 1c) are piggy back options. In essence, another 702,000,000 shares could come into existence and result in 1,404,000,000 PDY shares. That's 1.404 BILLION! Talk about diluting the company's stock. This is further diluted when all stock is added together giving a total of 2,329,890,258 or approx. 2.33 Billion.
