IMO dilution will only be an issue if they come in through the front door as an IPO in which case exist8ng sharehilders like us get hit by consol for 20cents and loads of new shares...of course this could br limited by the 2 cent exemption rule for IPO....although hoping for backdoor where vend includes part case (which we do have just under $1M) and part script...mgmt we know you play hard in the tech space so let's get this show on the road
