    here is another way of looking at it - different example

    if you bought your shares when MC was 2m and new listing MC is 20m

    then you have a 10:1 improvement in MC, and should be happy with a 1:10 overall dilution of your shares

    the result you are neutral

    >> so if they go much over 1:10 overall dilution I need to start asking questions
