    I agree with this last example as we have 80% less shares on issue than KTG and hence suggests our consolidation would be around 11-1 based on the fraction of shares....round it to nearest 10 and 10-1 sounds about right for a new vend....the one advantage we have limiting major dilution is a clean small register....
