I think you may need to re-read the announcement.
It does certainly provide flexibility and some incentive for the directors.
I believe a placement will be the only reasonable outcome say with an Asian investor and an escrow period. Even better if it were at a premium to the current sp, which could fund further drilling and the feasibility studies.
Hopefully, the sp trends upwards from here as more news is released.
