Annual gen' meeting is in approx' one month.
The placing of 80mil shares is only for insto's not for you or me.If it was done @ 20% discount on today's price they'd fetch .065cps or equivalent to $5.2mil.Once you take out op' costs and wages the begging bowl is out again.
Hoping this is only a back up plan in the event a cashed up partner can't be found,so they can keep working.
Last financial year directors and key personnel exp =$2.35mil
..............expenses ran to $9.7mil
I'm not an accountant but even cash flow needed was $8.2mil

So,no $5mil will be used up pretty quick.
