This has been a really helpful forum. Please forgive my naivety in this situation, I'm a long term holder with 1m shares in VPC , and as much as I've read through the documentation that's been released so far, I can't find the part relating to the 1:50 dilution ...is this based on the number of shares being issued as HHH as opposed to the number of shares currently held in the name of VCPL ...and, what, if anything, do existing shareholders need to do in this transition?
Just sit tight as we ve done for the last 2 years?
I'd welcome any experienced comments
