Anyone else get the Annual Report ?
Looks like there will be a share dilution ( to 3 cents )if approved at the end of the month at the agm.
I hope the share price won't go down to .003 again after the dilution takes place, I've had bad experiences with other stocks that have gone through the same thing ( price drop after dilution ).
Your advice or experiences welcome.
