Have been a watcher of PRR for sometime,
Don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but Bergen will keep getting issued shares below current share price every month, and sell them as the price rises.The SP is in for some long term stale non movement.
The sooner PRR can get out of the deal with Bergen the better you will be.
These deals are good when they come out, and do great things to stabilise cash flow, but remember Bergen only do these deals to make money, nothing more nothing less.
This is how Bergen works.
In answer to the question yes share dilution is on its way.
