Howdy Jack........Yes mate, certainly not funding Prr to the extent that they are because they are a bunch of good guys and always chip in to help a friend in need.......
Prima needed money ........The risk of a CR and seeing it undersubscribed would have left the company in a very vulnerable position......
After Prima's previous dealings with Springtree one would like to think they are more "wordly and wise" in their dealings with funding providers.....
I suppose there are a couple of crucial outcomes relevant to the future.....
1.... CVAC's next trial report, due this qtr......
2.... How successfully Prima manages to take Immunet into the fold, how seamless the merger/buyout is, and how productive it will be....
At least there is something happening now , Hopefully a good November for everyone, we'll see...
