    Hi downside, yes it can be complex to choose one over another sometimes but once a co has that many shares out there worth only cents it does discourage investors. I suppose one can blame the companies that just continually dilute their shares often leading to a restructure & money just evaporating. I've always felt that if a co has a promising tenement funds should be concentrated into that one to size up the resource to use to either finance itself or take on jv, then proceed to the next tenement.
    Far too often when a co floats, they start half a dozen things at once that swallows up funding & then the dilution begins. Before they float the board knows [or are supposed to know] what their best chances are.
    I just hope everything goes well because sometimes directors forget that much of the money that sustains them is supplied by hard working people.
