Not really. This placement was at virtually no discount to the SP. And gives Magnetic over $3,000,000.00 in the kitty, along with the previous placement, for an expanded exploration program. Any success and I would imagine several companies would be all over this stock trying to form an allegiance. SinoSteel adjacent to the north, easily upgraded rail lines. And if the rotary lie detector finds the truth we are looking for?? Then I would put a STRONG Buy on the stock.
