If option were taken up they would still dilute by 300M. With the previous CR would be a total of 400M If they were not taken up and a CR with 200M share @ 0.065 would raise $13M that would mean that no more dilution than the options would have made in fact better of than by 100M.
Hopfully for option holder i keep my fingers crossed.
