    Query Gents.

    In a dilution situation are we talking splits ie. 1/5 or 1/10 or simply that many hundred of million shares will be created at roughly the value of the share at time of issue?

    I would hate to see a 1/5 and see them valued at $1.50 or wose 1/10 at $3.00.

    that is not how I want to reach these numbers
