Evening all. Drs is spot on with the takeover risk. We're vulnerable at the moment. Management hold a fair chunk but otherwise the register is relatively open. I would be gutted (and much poorer) if an opportunist picked us up on the cheap. Ironically, the only mitigant at the moment is that sentiment is so awful...and that there are so many other good buys around. Interesting few months ahead.
